Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom. The space The apartment for 2-4 people is located in the middle of a terraced house with nice neighbors and offers plenty of space for privacy. The garden in front of the house is surrounded by hedges. In the evening sun, it is good to sit on the warm brick wall. The spacious hallway with wardrobe leads to the large living room. A fireplace provides warmth in the cold season and the sofa also serves as a comfortable sleeping place for 2 people (160 x 200 cm). On request we can provide a baby crib. The table for 4 people can also be used as a workplace. Wi-Fi and power outlets as well as a desk lamp are provided. The large window to the garden is also a seat with beautiful views. In the closet there are extra blankets, toys and board games. Books are on the shelf. The rear-facing bedroom is equipped with a 180 x 200 cm bed, comfortable mattresses as well as closets and wardrobes. The morning sun shines through a floor-to-ceiling window. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. In the fully equipped kitchen, there is a dining table for 4 people. There is also the exit to the patio behind the house. Garden furniture is available. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Towels and toilet paper are available. The beds are freshly made. Guest access The apartment has two separate entrances (middle apartment in the house). Check-in is contactless. Before arrival, you will receive the code and all necessary information about Airbnb. You can stop in front of the house for loading and unloading. A parking space is available on the property. Please drive at walking speed throughout the property. Other things to note Dogs are allowed by arrangement. All dogs are required to be on a leash, as other dogs and cats live on our farm. There is a pond on the property that is not fenced.
