The space It is a ground floor house, it has an open-plan living room-kitchen-dining room; a bathroom with shower; three bedrooms: a double bedroom with a 150 bed; and two other bedrooms with trundle beds. Located inside a 2000m2 enclosed property with an electric gate. There is a large terrace with tables, chairs, hammocks, a barbecue, and a swimming pool. Swing and slide. 2 orchards and large lawn area. Guest access There are wooden stairs to exit the property on foot and thus make the trip to the village or the beach shorter. Or go to the promenade area and bars/restaurants by car. Other things to note The house has very comfortable electric sofas. Several bakers pass by the house every day, at 9:15, 10:30 and 14:00, with different local products.
