The apartment consists of a spacious double bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a second smaller room, for two, with private bathroom, a second master bathroom with shower, a large living room with open kitchen under a nice mezzanine (with a comfortable sofa-bed for 2) and a terrace with a view of the neighborhood. Air-conditioned, (or heated) and complete with sheets, towels, stove, dishes, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board, wifi internet and Plasma TV with Sky-Netflix satellite channels. Please note that there is a disabled person living on the top floor of the building, who has been very sporadically noisy (he might scream in the early morning (for about 5 minutes...) then his mother calms him down...). This issue has only occurred very, very rarely. Since some guests have experienced this issue, we want to clarify the remote possibility of this event :-) The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator).
