Apartamento located in the heart of the historic centre of Seville, just a few steps from Plaza Nueva (town hall square). The Cathedral and the Alcázar are just a 5min walk away, an ideal location to discover the best of Seville on foot. It is spacious and fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The building has a large interior courtyard so it is very quiet and peaceful at night, perfect for relaxing. Parking space for small cars included. The space The flat has one bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and balcony. The living room is very spacious and has a large sofa-bed, dining table (can also be used as a work area) and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (including washing machine and dishwasher) and all kind of kitchen utensils as well as toaster, coffee machine, kettle... The flat has WiFi and central air conditioning/heating. The apartment has a travel crib available if needed (with its thin support, no additional mattress) The parking space is spacious, but access is via a ramp with some sharp bends, so it is recommended for small cars. Guest access The flat has a beautiful communal courtyard, through which you can access two different streets: Calle Zaragoza and Calle Padre Marchena. Other things to note Strict security and clean-up measures have been implemented to prevent COVID-19. Our protocols are at your disposal. Do not hesitate to ask us about them. Access to the flat is possible from 16:00 onwards. However, there is flexibility and we do not mind receiving you earlier. Check-out is at 11:00. However, we have a Late check out service which allows you to check out later if it is compatible with other bookings.
