Other things to note ✅ Payments & Deposits Advance Payment is non-refundable and required to confirm your booking. Balance Payment to be made at the time of check-in. A fully refundable security deposit is collected in cash at check-in and refunded at checkout if: No damage has occurred, Guest count remains as booked, Checkout time is followed. 🛑 House Rules No loud music or DJ systems are allowed on the premises. Hookah is allowed only in the verandah area. Swimming costume is mandatory. No food or drinks are allowed in the pool. Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation, inside the villa only. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa or rooms. Kitchen use is chargeable extra if required. Drugs, firearms or illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Management may involve local authorities if violated. Guests are not allowed to invite other people or day visitors without prior permission. If additional guests arrive at check-in, extra charges apply per guest, per night. 📋 ID Proof & Security Every guest above 18 years must present valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) at check-in. The villa is not responsible for lost or stolen items—please secure all valuables. Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Turn off all appliances when not in use. The pool is unguarded – children must be supervised at all times. 🐾 Pets Cleaning of pet waste or vomit will incur an extra charge of ₹1000. ⚠️ Important Notes Smoking, drugs, or any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate cancellation and eviction without refund.
