With an amazing location, this one bedroom apartment in the 1st arrondissement is ideal for up to 2 guests. Minutes from the Louvre, the place Vendôme, rue Saint-Honoré, the Galeries Lafayette, the Marais and the Champs-Elysées, it is the ideal city break home. The apartment was redone recently by a designer and is located in an ancient typical Parisian building. The windows open on one of Paris's many hidden gems, la place du Marché Saint-Honoré, where a farmers’ market takes place twice a week The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an ancient typical Parisian building (no elevator). The windows face South, which allows the apartment to be flooded with light, and open on the fancy place du Marché Saint-Honoré, where a farmers’ market takes place twice a week. It is also surrounded by more boutiques, restaurants and gourmet food stores than you can count. This apartment is my home, which I hope gives it an extra touch of warmth and coziness. It also means I expect my guests to take care of the place as their own :) Note 2026: Refurbishing work is coming to an end in the building opposite the apartment, please note this might cause some noise once in a while. Living room : In a minimalist aesthetic and a palette of whites, the main room serves as the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay (oven, cooking hob, washing machine, espresso machine, etc.). The roller blinds will protect you from the sun and the city lights. Bedroom: The bedroom was designed as a cosy alcove, painted in soft colors. Bathroom: The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, WC and basin, in beige and turquoise tones. The bathroom is equipped with a sanibroyeur toilet, which means that *only toilet paper* can be flushed down the toilet (no wipes or other items). Following several incidents, please note that any problem requiring the intervention of a plumber will be billed to the traveler. Surface: 26m2 Storage: A wardrobe equipped with shelves, drawers and a clothes rack will be available for you. The bed lifts up to accommodate your luggage. Check in starts at 4. Check out is at 11am. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access of the whole apartment. Other things to note The apartment is calm - you won't hear the neighbors and the isophonic double glazing will do wonders to protect you from the city noises.
