Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track The space Modern house with three storeys. The three rooms on the top floor are solely for guests, so you have complete privacy. My wife and I and our Labrador occupy the rooms on the second floor. We keep our doors closed when we have guests, although we are always available should you need to ask about anything. The kitchen/dining room is free for guests to use all facilities. We only use them once guests have finished. For breakfast guests can help themselves from a selection of cereals, tea/coffee, bread/crumpets, juice, jams and fresh fruit. Guest access Guests can use WC, kitchen and dining room on ground floor. Lounge, bathroom and bedroom on top floor. If secure storage for bicycles is required they can go into my locked garage. If the weather is good guests can sit at the outdoor tables in the back garden. Should they want to go for a ride/walk along the C2C cycle track it can be easily accessed by the gate at the rear of my house Other things to note My property is only about 0.75 miles away from both north and south junctions of A1 motorway. I provide a selection of cereals,bread, crumpets, jams and juice for guest’s breakfast. They can help themselves to tea and coffee at any time during their stay and are welcome to eat in the ground floor dining room or free to take food/ drinks upstairs. We have a Labrador called Oscar. He's never allowed to go into any of the guest rooms even when unoccupied. He's a very friendly and doesn't bark, so won't disturb you . We keep him in our room when we have guests staying (unless they specifically want to meet him)
