You will stay in one of the quietest areas on the outskirts of Madrid, well connected and with many services at your disposal. Do you like urban and/or mountain tourism? The space Renovated three-bedroom home (1 large bedroom and 2 bedrooms with a study/work desk), living room, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace. It has a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed (2-3 people) in the living room. With all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The house has gas heating with a smart thermostat. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishes, cutlery, toaster, pots, pans, fridge, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, blender, iron, ironing board, and washing machine (see rates). The master bedroom has a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and a large wardrobe where guests can comfortably store their belongings. Are you coming to work remotely? Wi-Fi is available, and there are two spacious bedrooms with desks to let your imagination run wild. What's more, one of them has a double wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rail. The living room has a table with chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed (150 x 235 cm) that's perfect for relaxing after a long day of work or sightseeing. And if you love board games, there's a wide variety for you to have a great time with friends and family. And to enjoy the nice weather, there's an outdoor terrace with artificial turf and a wooden table with two chairs. There are also portable fans to use on hot days. There is no air conditioning. The house is for private use, so it is not shared with anyone else. Guest access Free parking outside the house. Shopping area, restaurants, bars, health centre, pharmacy and laundromat just a few minutes' walk away. If you come by car, there are two gas stations (BP and SHELL) less than two minutes from the house.
