From the window you will be looking at the neighborhood of Japui, connected by the Pênsil Bridge, built in 1914, on the way to the municipality of Praia Grande and also Porchat Island, which houses the 500 Years Monument, designed by Oscar Niemeyer and the entire Bay of São Vicente and Santos. You are 4 km from the São Vicente/Santos Border, 9 km from Ponta da Praia/Santos, ferries to Guarujá; crossing the Pênsil Bridge you are on your way to the beautiful beaches and attractions of Praia Grande, Mongaguá, Itanhaém and Peruibe.
