Amazing apartment, dreamy neighborhood 5 min walk to the beach!!! great light, great air, clean and really nice to be and hangout. best location in TLV!!!!, Near Rotchild blvd, 2 min walk to the market!!!! but also quite street. Near the best bars and clubs, Neve tzedek is right around the corner, Nahalat Binyamin with in 1 min walking distance, great coffee houses up there! HAKARMEL market is right down stairs 3 min walking distance to public transportation!!!! all the buses!!!! Comfortable work place with a computer (free WiFi) with all the amenities you need! 5 min walk to the beach & (10 min walk) Disengoff Center; 2 min from the colorful Carmel Market & Nachalat Binyamin arts fair. my apt is located perfectly in a quiet street between Nachlat Binyamin arts and crafts fair and the Carmel Market This modern apartment is situated in a vibrant part of Tel Aviv, just 1 minutes' walk from the beach. The famous Hakarmel Market and the buzzing nightlife of Allenby Street are within a 5-minute walk. This quiet and cosy sea-front consists of a living space with a comfortable double bed, There is a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. The immediate area boasts a lively selection of bars and clubs as well as amenities such as a laundrette. Within a 4 -minute walk guests will reach the historic and beautiful district of Neve Zedek which offers charming streets and excellent restaurants. Numerous bus routes offer connections around the city. Tel Aviv Central Bus Station is just a 10-minute journey by bus, whilst Ben Gurion International Airport can be reached within half an hours’ journey. You can also use the Tel-Aviv's bicycle rental service, for only 17ILS a day. The nearest station is 50m away, so you explore the city on a bike. for the guests that will rent a car there is a parking lot (15 Nis for a day) at the apartment street. This apartment can accommodate 2 people.The whole room is 25 square meters wide (the appartment is 65 there is also an option to rent the whole apartment) , it is perfect for a couple or single travelers but can also host 3 pepole the room is extremely big. Other things to note The check-in is from 14:00 unless I don't have guests leaving at the same day and then you can enter before. The check-out is until 12:00 unless I don't have any guest after and then you can leave later.
