Please note that access to the community cannot be granted without this, so we recommend sending IDs early to ensure a smooth check-in. 🧺 Housekeeping & Maintenance * Housekeeping: Optional cleaning service available upon request (additional cost). (no service on Sundays or national holidays) * Towels & Linens: Each guest receives 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per stay. To help protect the environment, we encourage towel re-use. Laundry facilities are available if you’d like to refresh them during your stay. * Turnover Service Included: Fresh linens and towels every 4 nights upon request (please notify us at least 24 hours in advance). * Pool & Garden Maintenance: Scheduled 3 times per week (no service on Sundays or national holidays). 🏡 Villa Use & Occupancy * No unregistered or day visitors are allowed; fines of $50 per unregistered guest, per day will apply.
