The space Nestled in our modern styled home you will instantly get an island feel, both inside and out. We've created a beautiful and relaxing space, while keeping a unique "island vibe". You will be greeted by a large lawn area with palm trees all around and a calming pond located at the entrance displaying fashionable kois. This space is a part of our home but you will have private & secure access which includes bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The surroundings are inviting with a cool fresh breeze that blows through the windows 24/7. After a long day out and about, come to your home away from home to relax, chill and vibe. There is ample free parking & a designated parking spot on the paved area in front of the Airbnb. To get to the bnb entrance, there is a short five step stairway up to the entrance. (see entrance photo in gallery) Guests have access to this private space described as well as the lawn, pond and patio area at the back of the property. It's a mini "apartment" and guests have private access to the entire space which has a bedroom (11 ftX12 ft) with: -Full sized double bed -Iron and ironing board - Drawers -Closet -Clothing area w/ hooks -Luggage stand -PC desk & chair -Dining table and two chairs -FREE Wi-Fi -32' SMART TV -FREE access to over 1000 channels from around the world right at your finger tips. As well as NETFLIX guest access. You will have access to your own private bathroom (4.5 ftX9 ft) and kitchenette (5.5 ftX6.5 ft). The bathroom has hand, bath & beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner. First aid kit and a few other toiletries. There are cleaning supplies available also. An extendable drying clothing line is located at the shower entrance. Pull out and attach to its connector, to dry small wet clothing. The kitchenette is equipped with all the amenities your heart desires. Mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, two burner cook top (stored in cabinet beneath) coffee maker, sink, requisite pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishware & basic condiments. There are also security cameras around the outside of the property & a home security alarm system. If it is any consolation, most of our neighbors are retired and remain vigilant of the surroundings during the day. The area is considered safe. Please be considerate and follow the guidelines for upkeeping the cleanliness of the space. Place garbage in the bins provided. Maintain cleanliness of the area and good care of the furnishings. Do not take furniture outside. Wash sandy feet off before entering. (There is a hose on either side of the house you can use) It is a NO smoking space; smoking/e-cigarettes/vaping allowed outside only. As this is our home, we encourage guests not to invite unregistered guests on the property to stay overnight. If you have friends/ family you want to invite over for a short visit that is allowed . Thank you for understanding. Guest access The entire space is your private sanctuary. Includes bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. There is also an outdoor patio (around the back) and garden area. There is a bench and table in the area near your parking. Also outdoor seating next to the pond and around the back of the property. Feel free to use any of these areas to relax or eat/drink. Other things to note We want your trip to be successful whatever you plan to do! Ask us for local recommendations prior to your arrival. This will give us time to research the best deals and give you time to plan your stay and get familiar with the information. Share specifically what you are thinking to do and we can provide material and videos that will assist you in making your stay memorable! It is better to request information in advance in order for us to gather any new information to suit your requests.
