The house is an old renovated farmhouse. We live there year-round and enjoy welcoming vacationers to discover the region. The rental consists of a private accommodation of 100 m2 including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, library... in the middle of a large garden, small traditional swimming pool, orchard, chicken coop, vegetable garden, beehives... The space We are pleased to welcome vacationers at any time of the year, in this accommodation adjoining our house. This space includes: - A large sunny 25 m2 room with double bed (2x1 pers) and wardrobe. - A 50 m2 living room with bookcase, TV, large dining table and comfortable sofa bed. - Bathroom with old bathtub and toilet. - A fully equipped kitchen with dining area. - Free access to the garden, pool, outdoor table, deckchairs, barbecue, hammocks... - Orchard fruits (figs, apples, pears, raspberries depending on the season) The house is located on the banks of the Adour, between the Basque country and the moors: it is 10 minutes from Bayonne, then 20 minutes from Biarritz, Guétary, St Jean de Luz... or on the other side, 10 minutes from Tarnos, then Capbreton, Hossegor... Located in the heart of the Barthes Nature Reserve, the place offers many walks and hikes to admire local fauna and flora. Pretty surrounding villages. Children are more than welcome!!
