This villa has the most amazing view over Pals beach, the stunning fields towards Torroella de Montgri and the Pyrenees in the distance. It is at the top of Mas Tomasi with a covered terrace with sea views and also a south facing courtyard/garden. So if offers the best views and plenty of sun, or shade, to enjoy. The pool shares the amazing views. You could easily spend hours just looking at the view with a glass of something! The space The accommodation consists of: Entrance is via a staircase from the road, with the pool on the right and two double bedrooms with 2 shower rooms to the right. These have their own entrance and have a small kitchen area with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Up some more stairs, past the swimming pool, there is the main entrance to the house containing an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (with capsules), kettle, oven, hob etc. leading to a large sitting room with smart TV . The large covered terrace, which has a large dining table and also a seating area, can be accessed from both the kitchen/dining area and the sitting room. There are 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room ( with washing machine) with double bed and the other bedroom with two singles, both with access to the garden/courtyard and with ceiling fans, a family bathroom. Private wifi. NB There is no internal connection between the upper and lower bedrooms/bathrooms both areas are used exclusively for the same rental clients. Guest access Private pool. Sea views.
