Everything you could need is in this open-plan-style Duplex Villa. - A well-laid kitchenette with a Fridge, Induction plate, Gas hob, Water bottles, Electric kettle, Toaster, along with Crockery, Cutlery, and glassware – Air-conditioned lounge area with Sofa – LCD TV with satellite connection - Fully air-conditioned with AC's inside all the bedrooms as well as the living area - On-site security - Housekeeping facility on call or alternate days - Wifi - Power-back up (Inverter) - Personal Helper on call - Swimming Pool (Common) - Air Conditioned Living Rooms and Bedrooms - Balcony attached to Master Bedroom House Rules: - In case of any damage to the property, furniture, amenities, or fixtures, you will be charged two times more than the actual price at the time of check-out, so please leave it in the condition we give it to you. - Smoking allowed only in the balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside or the common guest areas of the property. If there is smoke smell in the Villa / Apartment the the guest will be liable to pay a fine of INR 5000/- - Fish is not allowed to be made on the property. If found then there will be a fine of iNR 5000/-. - People who are not staying with us are not allowed to come inside the apartments or the property. A list of names of people who are staying with us would have to be mailed to us before arrival, after which the staff will cross-check through valid I.D proof for every guest. - Drugs/Explosives/Firearms are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any such objectionable item found will be reported to the local police authorities and the guests would be asked to leave by our bouncers. - Soliciting the services of commercial sex workers or involvement in any other criminal activity and bringing them to the apartment is prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking as well as a police complaint. - Events including the sale of tickets, using DJ systems, any rowdy behavior is strictly not tolerated. Swimming Pool Rules : 1. Only proper Swim Wear is allowed inside the pool. 2. No Drinking / Smoking in our around the pool side 3. If anyone is found not abiding by the rules he / she will be liable to pay a fine of INR 5000/-
