The house is located on the South of the Island on a quiet and paved street (5.1 km from the ferry, about 10 min). The distance is 400 meters to Julião Beach and 950 meters from the beach to Feiticeira Beach, about an 11-minute walk. It is possible to go by car too, but usually car valets charge for parking. The space Our guests have access to all the areas of the house, which features a full kitchen, living room, dining room and TV integrated into a single environment, as well as a swimming pool and barbecue area. One suite is on the ground floor and the other two are located on the first floor of the house. All en-suites have a double bed, balcony, a good electric shower and slit (hot and cold air). Guests don't need to worry about bed and bath linens. We also offer shampoo, conditioner and soap. For the comfort of our guests, we provide beach chairs and beach/pool towels. The TV has open channels and Netflix. Our guests can connect to the house's Wi-Fi network. We have 300 mega of optical fiber, however, instabilities may occur due to weather conditions. We are always available to give tips on leisure, restaurants and tours.
