Relax with family and friends in this cozy little house. It is a 5-minute drive to San Bartolo Beach or Pocitas Beach and a 10-minute walk to El Reves Beach. Pool available. It has basic services, wifi, and a large garden of more than 50 square meters, grill and a set of toads. TV in living room and master bedroom (fire tv). Pets are only allowed with prior approval from the host. The space The house has three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two bunk beds each. The kitchen has basic equipment: microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, set of pots, kitchenware for 8 people. The garden has an area of 50 m2, has a grill and a 2X3 meter pool. We have a 43-inch TV in the living room and a 32-inch TV in a bedroom, both with national channels and Fire TV. We deliver the house with fitted sheets, we do not deliver towels or bedspreads. Guest access We are on a closed street so you can park up to two vehicles in front. Other things to note We are very close to the old South Pan-American Highway, so it is feasible to get to the house by public transport.
