Located by the sea, our comfortable apartment, with no neighbors, is perfectly equipped in a quiet and secure residence with private parking space. - Direct access to the pedestrian path, the bike path and the beach (equipped with a lifeguard station), - 2-minute walk from the Seaquarium, Babyland and minigolf, - 5 min walk from the marina, the Camargue 2000 shopping center where you will find many shops, - 1/4 hour walk to the city center. The space Our 50 m2 air-conditioned apartment is equipped with electric roller shutters and its access is suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is located in the Serpent de Mer residence. it is composed of: - a large living room kitchen/living room (with two single beds - separated by a curtain). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large oven, microwave, 4 glass-ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, electric filter coffee maker and Nespresso. - a bedroom for two people with a 140 cm bed that also gives access to the terrace, - a bedroom/cabin for two people with a 140 cm sofa bed, without external opening (closing with sliding door), - a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, - a separate toilet, - an entrance with a large wall storage closet and a dresser. The private exterior, not overlooked, with an area of 50 m2 includes: - a terrace with awning, equipped with garden furniture, - a small garden overlooking the large fenced and secure courtyard of the condominium. This large space allows children to play, cycle safely and for older children to enjoy pétanque! We are fully available to answer any request for information. We have furnished and equipped our apartment in such a way as to make it comfortable, functional, pleasant to live in to feel good and relax there. This seems essential to us to have a good stay because it is important to us that our vacationers feel at home. SHEETS, TOWELS AND LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED. No cleaning fee is charged but we thank you for leaving the accommodation tidy and cleaned when you leave, just as you found it when you arrived.
