Description
Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze. The space Open plan kitchen with electric cook top and oven, microwave oven, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, toaster and kettle all provided also tea and coffee is provided and milk will be in the fridge. The pantry will have cooking oil, salt and pepper provided also. The bathroom has a hairdryer supplied as well as a first aid kit, body wash and hand wash is provided on the vanity unit. The living room has a split system air conditioner there are heaters one fixed to the wall in the single bedroom and an oil heater in the master bedroom which both heat the bedrooms adequately. Guest access Free parking on site, which is clearly marked, Please do not drive on the lawn areas when wet as a $50 tow out fee will apply and be sent as a money request. We are a five minute drive to the CBD and a seven minute drive to the main beach. We have ample parking for tradies trailers and vehicles safe, secure and unable to be seen from the road. We do on occasion accommodate guest’s pets a $50 pet fee does apply to pre approved pets if pets are not declared a $100 fee will be requested. Other things to note We do live on the property there is an under cover car port separating the two residences. We do live on a busy road and although our farm is very private we do get the expected road noise.
