WE DO NOT RENT for parties, gatherings, revelry or noise. It is NOT allowed to use the barbecue, due to problems with misuse, cleaning and noise. As this is a residential/family apartment, the coexistence between the residents/neighbors of the condominium must be respected. SEE the HOUSE RULES BELOW Other things to note HOUSE RULES RESERVATION / CHECK IN 1 - Bring towels, if you need we provide/request whatsapp 2 - Bring personal hygiene items 3 - We provide bedding: full sheet set, duvet cover and blanket 4 - Pillow, for greater comfort it is possible to bring your 5 - It is not allowed to receive visits / friend/ boyfriend/ guests 6 - Extra person/ visit is charged part R$50,00 7 - The number of people has to be strictly respected! 8 - For meetings with clients/friends, use the food court at Shopping Nações or the Wagner Bakery 9 - Daily rates end at noon 10- We accept pets for an extra fee 11 - Agree on the time of check-out (exit) by whatsapp CLEANING RULES 1 - Return the clean and organized apartment. 2 - Cleaning fee does not include: cleaning/washing: dishes/stove/fridge/microwave/sandwich maker and kitchen. It also does not include removing food scraps from the refrigerator and/or pans and/or plates. IMPORTANT NOTE: The cleaning fee on the app/website refers to changing bed linens and basic cleaning 4 - OPTIONAL: if you prefer, for convenience, you can have the CLEANING/dishwashing done for R$ 250. PIX Pay Note 5 - Remove the trash bags from the bathroom and kitchen when you leave 6 - Dumpster is next to the condominium entrance gate/ gatehouse 7- Short stays we suggest strolling and enjoying our local cuisine. We have the best tips, if you prefer, ask on WhatsApp. SILENCE RULES 1 - Quiet hours between 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Note: the fine for noise is 1/2 minimum wage. 2 - Avoid wearing shoes with heels that may make noise to the downstairs resident. 3 - It is not allowed to use the property for parties/meetings/events (fine of 1/2 minimum wage) 4 - The purpose of the rental is for overnight / rest / study / work on the internet. NOTE: A fine of 1/2 minimum wage will be applied for misuse of purpose, as it is a residential/family condominium. USE OF THE BATHROOM Do not put paper/absorbent pads or any object in the toilet. NO SMOKING. No smoking in the apartment and in the common area corridors of the condominium. If you smoke in the apartment, you will be charged R$ 250.00 for deodorization and specific cleaning to remove bad smell/odor from the use of cigarettes AIR CONDITIONER / LAMPADAS 1 - For better energy efficiency of the air conditioning we suggest using the temperature at 24ºC (works from 16º to 30º) 2 - For less noise the tip is to use at 24ºC, use minimum fan speed 3 - The air conditioner has the option of silent mode and turn off the LED display 4 - Use the air conditioners in the rooms with the door and window closed for greater efficiency. 5 - Conditioned airs are only cold in the bedrooms and in the living room the air conditioning is hot/cold. 6 - Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house (R$70 fine for misuse) 7 - Turning off the light bulbs when leaving home ° SOFA; 1 - Use the blanket for protection 2- DO NOT consume drinks or food on the couch 3 - Liquid spills/stains on the sofa will be charged for washing or replacement of the fabric with high cost in upholstery PAREDES 1 - The walls have new paint 2 - Do not put your hands or lean your feet on the wall 3 - Do not scratch the wall Please take care as if it were yours!
