This gorgeous private villa, is just a 5 minute walk from one of the most popular and beautiful beaches on the island! It has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 ppl! Situated in the heart of Protaras, you can walk everywhere or use your car or public transport with ease. The space The villa features a spacious ground floor with an open plan living room with kitchen, and a gorgous surrounding garden with patio. A guest toilet is also found on the ground floor. The beautifully lid living room has 3 comfortable sofas and a Tv and of course its own A/C unit. Outside, you can comfortably relax on the outdoor furniture and why not, grill your own delicacies on the small barbeque provided! The first floor holds 3 bedrooms, ( one room with double bed, one double with single beds and a kid's room with bunk beds) all with their own A/C units. The bathroom is found upstairs and is shared between the 3 rooms. In general, this gorgeous villa has everything you can possibly need on your holidays! Guest access The villa has it's own parking inside the property, but street parking is also free and possible. Closest beaches are 5 minutes away, and other amenities are also within walking distance, though we do not recomment too much walking under the hot cypriot sun in the summer months!
