Single bedroom in a shared house on the 3rd floor. Conveniently situated with lots of local amenities such as shops/cafés/Sainsbury's. 20 min walk from train station and 30 min from city centre. Easily accessible via public transport also. Please note, the door to the room does not have a key. It is lockable from the inside but not the outside. - clothes rack - drawers - shelving space - bedside table/lamp - desk/chair - fridge/microwave (please feel free to use kitchen e.g. oven, hob) The space The house is a 3-storey Victorian house. You may hear piano music throughout the day as well as piano lessons. Guest access Guests have access to shared kitchen, bathroom and toilets, as well as back garden if needed. During your stay We are easily contactable if guests require anything. Other things to note We have a very friendly cat who may roam around and sit with you/sit on furniture - if you are uncomfortable with this, we recommend you do not book with us! Please keep your door closed if you would prefer the cat to not enter. We also only accept guests with verified government ID, due to safety/security reasons. Please only book if you are the account holder. The room is on the second floor so guests should be comfortable going up a flight of stairs. Please refrain from booking if you are unwell. Towels provided however we do not provide toiletries.
