Rental unit in Lisbon

My place is next to Praça das Flores and close to Príncipe Real, one of the most beautiful central neighborhoods in Lisbon. You’ll love my apartment because of its location, its antique charm - with arched ceilings and tiles -, its light and its coziness. My house is good for couples, groups (up to 4), business travelers, and families. Apartment legal ID (tourism): 33770/AL The space The apartment is on a 2nd floor walk-up in an early 18th century building. With high arched ceilings and antique tiles. The back of the house faces east and the front west, so there's sunlight all day long. It has two bedrooms. One of them with a lounge area and working space (2 desks). There's a bed in the upper part of the room - a mezzanino - and a queen sofa bed. Each bedroom has its wardrobe but next to the apartment's main door there's a walk-in closet with enough room to store luggage. The living room has a 4K TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a stereo and lots of books (including travel guides), CDs and DVDs. It's a perfect place to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a gas stove, electric oven, range hood, dishwasher, under-counter fridge, under-counter freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, aeroccino, toaster, electric kettle, citrus juicer, juicer and a small food processor. There's a table with four chairs. Next to the kitchen there's a closed balcony (to the back of the building) with a cleaning / ironing area, a washer, a dryer and a drying rack. The bathroom has a shower cabin, with hydromassage column and a built-in folding stool, and a towel heater / radiator. There's wifi, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire blanket, fire extinguisher and all the security signs necessary (including the emergency number). Guest access You'll have the entire apartment to yourselves. Other things to note The apartament is suitable for a toddler. Not for children who can walk.
