Apartment is not suitable for people with a baby and child 1-7 year old as we don't have grills on window. 2. The apartment is in the Walk Up Building and it has no lift, need to take the stairs to go 1st floor, my past guest found no problem for having comfortable big apartment compared to tiny expensive hotel room in hong Kong. 2. This is not a regular guest house or Airbnb place, available only when I am travelling and out of Hong Kong, so most of the things provided or available like a home and not a like hotel 3. I need your identity and contact number to be reachable during your stay 5. Not ideal for party or gathering -required quite after 11pm as it is quite residential building and neighbors usually complain about loud noise or party. 4. places might not be suitable guest with kids between 1-5 years old
