The Stables at Warren Farm. Rustic charm

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you. The space There are seating areas in the garden and the garden room which guests are free to use but these are shared with us and occasionally our grandchildren too. With only one close neighbour we are situated in the beautiful north Hampshire countryside. It is a quiet rural area but guests should be aware that, although well screened from the road, traffic can sometimes be heard but is not continuous. We have a no smoking policy both inside the Stables and in all outside areas. Other things to note The nearest shops are in Alton which is about 2 miles away. There are several major supermarkets in the town.
