Nice room in Budva with balcony No. 2

Room is equipped with air condition, WiFi Internet connection, TV with 120+ world channels, fridge, tea kettle, private balcony, private bathroom, free parking. Facilities such as towels, linen, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hairdryer, iron, iron board are provided. ***I must note that this is a room and that there is no kitchen. So there is everything I've listed up and everything is the same like on the photos. Guest access Check in and check out times can be flexible, unless there are guests arriving/departing the same day, in which case check in will be from 14:00, and check out will be at 10am (10:00h). It's no problem to stay longer (if we do not have guests on that day) but if are coming (the other) guests, you can pack your stuff (and leave them with us while you are on the beach or a walk) and pick them up later. Other things to note The apartment has house rules, in a visible place with the rules of conduct. We expect and believe that people in general are nice and will know how to behave. We just want our guests to have pleasant stay in Budva in our apartment. Basically, feel like at home and don't do anything you would not wanted to be done to yourself. * Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. ***Tourist tax is not included in the price.
