Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment as well as access to all common areas of the building, including the service room in the cave where there is a washing machine free to use. Other things to note LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: -> A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the apartment is checked and all outstanding bills are settled. -> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs. -> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments. CHECK-IN Self Check-In: Available free of charge with our self-check-in system. In-Person Check-In: Available upon request and subject to an additional fee if done after-hours: - After 8:00 PM: €15 - After 10:00 PM: €25 - After 1:00 AM: €50 Mandatory Check-In Form: All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival. This is required to comply with Portuguese law, which mandates that short-term rental hosts report guest information to the Borders Service (AIMA).
