This large, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on Little Balboa Island. It sleeps 8. The beach is steps away and Marine Avenue (restaurants and shops) is less than a 5 min walk. Built in 1939, the house has many charming vintage details. Recently updated with new windows and flooring keeping the vintage feel to the property. It has a nice front patio, as well as a center patio for dining/relaxing and barbequing. Note Garage has room for 1 car but will not fit large SUVs, Vans. The space The house can sleep 8 adult guests comfortably. The living room has a flat screen TV and a bedroom with twins, bathroom and shower on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. The Main bedroom has a King bed. One room has two twin beds, with a bathroom sink included within the room. The back bedroom has a queen bed, TV attached outdoor patio as well as, a 1/2 bathroom. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with a bathtub-shower combination. There is a pleasant living room with two dining tables. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, full sized oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher and all necessary pans and utensils. All linens, bath and beach towels are included. The house has one flat screen TV in living room, one in the King bedroom, and one in the queen bedroom, no cable - all internet TVs. You can connect to your accounts for Netflix, Prime etc. A washer and dryer are located in the 1 car Garage. The generous sized yard has a picnic table, which can seat 8 guests comfortably. For the convenience of rinsing off sand from the nearby beach, there is an enclosed, hot and cold running shower, located on the side of the house. We provide you coffee, toilet paper and paper towels for your first couple days. Although pets are not permitted, please inquire as we make occasional exceptions Guest access Parking isn't too difficult if you aren't using the garage, however there is street cleaning from 8:30 - 12:30 on different sides of the streets and it is posted. They are usually finished at least by 9:30 in the morning and then you will see cars parked there again after the sweeper has come by.
