In a quiet and green world, you will have an entire accommodation next to the main residence. In the small town of Semallé you can enjoy walks and reach the greenway and discover the Eiffel Bridge. You'll also have the opportunity to visit the Sainte Thérèse house. You will be located just a 10-minute drive from the prefecture of Orne, Alençon with its many assets: lace museum, castle of the dukes, places of leisure and culture... The space The outbuilding to the left of the main residence has an entrance to a dining area with kitchenette on the ground floor with a living room and a bathroom (shower) with toilet. Upstairs you will have a bedroom, storage space and a sink. There is wifi in the accommodation but no TV. The outdoors are common. Guests can enjoy the garden, pool, and covered barbecue.
