Beautiful recent villa built in metal structure for 6 people in Alès Fully equipped to spend a beautiful vacation with private pool, not overlooked, in a natural setting. Located opposite the Hermitage, in a green setting, this accommodation will bring you calm, peace and tranquility. Ideally located 3 minutes from the city center of Ales on a closed plot of 3500 m2 and wooded Possibility of hiking directly from the accommodation (Ermitage, Le Crassier...) The space The villa is about 140 m2, it has a nice sunny living room thanks to a very beautiful glass roof facing south, which overlooks a 50 m2 terrace that gives access to the completely closed and secure pool area. We have 3 "children's" bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed that turns into a double if necessary and one with a single bed) with their bathroom on a half level as well as a large master suite overlooking the living room. We have the possibility to provide baby equipment (high chair, bed...) All on a beautiful wooded lot where calm reigns. Other things to note You will have two roommates during your stay! Our two cats! They are adorable and love to be petted!
