The space The available sleeping arrangements are: UPSTAIRS Master bedroom - King bed, ensuite Bedroom 2 - King bed Bedroom 3 - King bed Bedroom 4 - Double bed DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom 5 - King bed Bedroom 6 - 2 x Double beds OUTDOOR UNDERCOVER Features an entertaining area undercover, equipped with a Weber BBQ & outdoor seating. HOT TUB 9 seater spa with 72 jets and 180 degree view of the river POOL Outdoor pool with unobstructed views of the river CAMERA There is a video camera that records the drive-way for security purposes Guest access Property has a Cottage which is not included in the stay. Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the Cottage, a few wardrobes and sheds which act as our operational storage rooms. DRIVING Steep driveway up to the property (The view is worth it). Please arrive before dark. Parking for multiple cars is possible. WIFI & MOBILE RECEPTION Free WIFI is available on site Telstra is the only mobile reception available, other networks eg Optus, Vodafone etc, do not receive mobile reception. CHILDREN / PETS Due to the position of the property with the boundary hanging off a cliff. For safety reasons, we are strictly no pets. Children are welcome, but please supervise at ALL TIMES. NOISE Although we are on a private block of 30 acres, due to the peaceful and quiet surroundings, we request our guests to keep noise at night to a minimum. NO PARTIES OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS We are strictly no parties and request no additional guests apart from the agreed amount. Guests which break this rule will be asked to vacate immediately and will forfeit their payment and bond SEPTIC / WATER Our property runs on a septic system with sensitive plumbing. Please only throw liquids down the sink and toilet paper / natural waste down the toilet. Other products will clog the pipes. Water on the property is via rain water, the tank is huge but please do not waste water where possible. While we have made every effort to mark these areas out, we do not take responsibility for the actions of our guests. The boundary of the front of the property including the pool area does not have a fence and is the edge of a cliff, please do not go near the boundary for safety reasons and strictly no pets on the property due to this.
