Our home, located in the heart of Silicon Valley, close to the Apple Spaceship, Stanford University, and Rancho San Antonio Park, provides a comfortable retreat from a busy travel/work day. Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and convenient to parks, schools, and two small shopping centers with a Starbucks, Zanotto's market/deli, and several local restaurants. We are excited to open our home to visitors from around the world. As we cook and bake frequently , homemade treats may be on offer! The space The bedroom has a super comfortable queen-sized bed, nightstand, desk and chair, mini-refrigerator, microwave, television with cable, and WIFI. A large window offers access to a gentle California breeze. The room also contains a Keurig coffee maker, iron and luggage rack as well as a door lock with a key for your personal use. The private, full bathroom, is located next to the bedroom. The home contains a fully-equipped kitchen. The lovely backyard has a wooden table and BBQ. Both the kitchen and the BBQ are available for use with prior arrangement. The garage has a washer and dryer with supplies for the convenience of the guests. During your stay As a retired educator, I am readily available. Guests can self-check in and out through the front entrance.
