This gîte is an invitation to slow down, breathe and reconnect with the essentials. The space Air-conditioned cottage of 70 m2, including an equipped kitchen open to a dining/living area, a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, a shower room and an independent toilet. This cottage has 2 private wooden terraces with garden furniture. A communal pool of 12m x 5m, a game of pétanque and a wooded area with a wooden swing and a small zip line. Access to a shared laundry room with washing machine. Linens and towels not provided, rental option. End of stay cleaning option upon request. Other things to note Summer Season JULY - AUGUST: 7 nights minimum. Arrivals/Departures on Fridays: from July 3 to August 31. The discount does not apply in July/August. Off season, 3 nights minimum. Linens and towels not provided: option €14.00/pers. End-of-stay cleaning option €80.00 for a week. The owner may apply a mandatory cleaning fee if the cottage is not returned in a clean condition.
