Quiet apartment on the 1st floor of the house. Less than 100 m. away from the main square. A few hundred meters away from the public beach Slanica and Luke. Private parking for up to 2 cars. Hand-built barbecue on the terrace on the ground floor. The space The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen and dining area, and a separate bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed for two people. It has access to a small balcony facing west. The windows are sliding canvas blinds and mosquito net. The second bedroom has bunk bed and a wardrobe for the needs of the whole apartment. In the living room there is a corner suite, as well as air conditioning for cooling / heating of the apartment. The kitchen has a mini stove with two hot plates and a standard refrigerator, sink with hot water and all necessary dishes. Bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. For available for guests large wooden round table for six folding chair, together with the roller sunblind for a more comfortable stay on the main terrace (cca 20 m2), facing south. Guest access The apartment has all the necessary utensils and bedding to stay. The owner lives on the ground floor, and is available for all required questions and possible assistance. The ground is fenced parking enough for two small or one large vehicles, available to guests during the entire duration of stay. As part of the parking lot there is a freestanding barbecue available for guests. Other things to note In addition to three people, a child up to the age of three can stay in the apartment free of charge. Every person traveling to a tourist place outside their own residence and using services of overnight accommodation in a tourist facility, needs to pay the tourist tax for each night spent in that facility. This tax is collected by the owner of the accommodation and is to be paid by all the persons using that accommodation. The amount of the tourist tax depends on tourist classification of the place in which person resides and on the period of the tourist season. It is 2 EUR for a person/night. Children less than 12 years old don't pay the tourist tax. Tourist tax is to be paid extra.
