If you come by car, you can park for free in front of the house. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The space The studio has a large room with a fully-equipped kitchenette for making meals and a microwave and a coffee pod machine. The large modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. There are towels, a shower mat and a hair dryer. You also have a small entrance. The whole place is about 26 m2. The studio is east-west facing and very bright. You wake up with the sun and fall asleep under the stars. Guest access You can arrive at any time you want because the house has a smart lock. Then each accommodation has its own individual lockbox. Other things to note The nearest beach is Le Valet beach which is 5 minutes away by car. The large Rosaires beach is only a 12 minute drive by expressway. You can ride bikes (possibility to rent bikes) or take walking tours on the customs road. The house is very well located to go to the island of Bréhat in 40 minutes, to Saint Malo in 1 hour, to the Côte de Granite Rose in 55 minutes and to Mont Saint Michel in about 1h20.
