It is a very quiet area and yet, you are close to all amenities, the university, the IUT, the IFPS, the RN12, the commercial area and the city center. If you come by car, you can park for free in front of the house. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The space The studio has a large room with fully equipped kitchenette for making meals and a microwave and coffee pod maker. The large modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. There are towels, a shower mat and a hairdryer. You also have a small entrance. It is about 26 m2. The studio is oriented east-west and very bright. You wake up with the sun and fall asleep under the stars. Guest access You can arrive at any time you want because the house has a smart lock. Then each accommodation has its own individual lockbox. Other things to note The nearest beach is Valet Beach, which is a 5-minute drive away. The large Rosary beach is only a 12-minute drive away by expressway. You can bike (possibility to rent bikes) or take walking tours on the way of the customs. The house is very well located to go to the island of Bréhat in 40 minutes, to Saint Malo in 1h, to the Côte de Granite Rose in 55 minutes and to Mont Saint Michel in about 1h20.
