Holiday home near Kyrkesund with secluded plot

You are welcome to book our favorite place in northwestern Tjörn. We are here ourselves as often as we can. The cottage is located high on a large secluded plot with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Within a few kilometers, there are several swimming areas and other popular excursion destinations on Tjörn. If you like hiking, there are several nice hiking trails nearby. We are happy to advise you about our favorite places. The space When we bought the cottage in 2021, it was in great need of love. We have spent a lot of time renovating the cottage both inside and out. Now only the living room and bathroom remain. Other spaces are newly renovated. The cottage is approximately 60 sqm. In the kitchen, there is everything for a comfortable stay such as a dishwasher, induction stove, built-in oven and most kitchen tools. In the kitchen, there is also a dining table with chairs. There is a large balcony adjacent to the living room. There is outdoor furniture, a large lounge sofa and a barbecue. The balcony is in a southwestern location and has evening sun. There is also a larger awning over the terrace that protects against strong sun. Below the balcony is an outdoor shower. There is also a smaller porch next to the front door. The porch has a roof so it is possible to sit outside even when there are days with bad weather. There are two bedrooms in the cottage. The small bedroom is equipped with a family bed. The lower bed is 120 cm and the upper 90 cm. In the larger bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed. In the larger bedroom, there is also a large closet and a workspace. In the living room, there is a fireplace, sofa, and TV. There is also a dining table with chairs. The toilet is spacious with water toilet, shower, towel dryer and sink with dresser. In the basement there is a newer washing machine. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property when renting. There is a parking lot for several cars next to the cabin. Other things to note We ourselves appreciate that it is easy and comfortable to visit our cabin and want to give the same feeling to you. Bed linen, towels (not towels for the beach), toilet paper, dish soap, dish brush, dish towel and hygiene items such as shower soap and shampoo are available when you arrive. Most of what you need for basic cooking such as spices, flour, sugar, oil, etc. is also available in the cabin. Cleaning upon departure is included in the rental rate. We also have three simpler bikes that guests are welcome to borrow. Since we also spend a lot of time in the cabin, there will be personal things. We are renovating the cottage both inside and out and some of the rooms are still of an older character.
