Living room with sofa and a large flat-screen TV with Roku. The owner's office is on-site. Some pets OK with additional non-refundable fee per pet. We do not allow dogs over 35 lbs. The space Steps away from public transportation (Wilmette Metra & CTA stops) that service all of Downtown Chicago. Get from the unit to Downtown Ogilve Station in under 30 minutes on the Metra. This older but charming apartment seamlessly blends classic character with modern convenience! Guest access You will have sole access to the entire apartment (2 bedrooms, dining room, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom). There is a washer and dryer in the basement (free of charge) shared with tenants in two other apartments. The yard is shared. Other things to note Some pets are OK with an additional non-refundable pet fee per pet. We do have breed restrictions and do not allow dogs over 35 lbs. There is no cable TV. The TV has a ROKU, which has access to a variety of apps. Guests should use their credentials to access the apps and stream live TV and movies/shows. Please only book if you will be staying as one of the guests. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept your reservation request if you are booking on behalf of another person.
