All areas within the condominium (about 20) can enjoy the leisure space (club, children's playground, courts, swimming pools, beach, 🏖 ocean pool = fish), but area 18 has another club with swimming pools, club and spa (sauna and hydro) that is private to those who stay at this location. Guest access Pools, clubs and some leisure areas are shared. Access to the apartment is private and an electronic password will be provided on the date of entry. The full name of all guests (CPF and copy of the identification document with photo of the person responsible for the reservation) and in the case of children the full name and age (if there are minors not accompanied by parents, the proper authorization of the parents must be sent) must be sent 1 day before the entrance Vehicle license plate, if there is one (we only have 1 parking space in the block just below the building and 1 visitor space near the site) Other things to note Upon arrival, guests must identify themselves at the condominium entrance and proceed to the apartment block. If the parking gate is closed, the access control is inside the apartment. The apartment has an electronic key that will be provided on the date of entry.
