Kitnet with great location and close to the beach

House located in the municipality of Porto Belo/SC, in the city center and close to the beach. It is a quiet and safe place with a beautiful wooded garden. A place to enjoy your vacation with family and friends. The space The property is a 32 m² kitchenette that accommodates up to 4 guests. It has Wi-Fi access and a parking space in the garden for one vehicle. The room has air conditioning, a portable table fan, a queen-size bed, a single bed, an extra single mattress, a wardrobe with shelves and hangers, and a smart TV with digital channels. Full bathroom with electric shower and an external cold shower. The kitchen has a gas stove with an oven, refrigerator, table with four chairs, sink, cabinet with pots, dishes, cutlery, blender, thermos and other kitchen utensils. Laundry with a washing sink, a portable clothesline, bucket, squeegee, broom, and a cleaning cloth. The barbecue available in the house is portable and has a grill/skewer. Other items available in the house: *four pillows, pillowcases, sheets and one bath towel per guest; *one face towel and one bathroom floor towel, one toilet paper roll and liquid soap; *two dish towels, one tablecloth, one kitchen sponge, one sink cloth and one liquid detergent. Please note: the above items are not exchangeable or replaceable, and blankets are not provided. Oil/pepper/charcoal/hashi are not provided as they are items described by the site under "amenities" and I am unable to edit them. Guest access Access to the house, garden and soccer/volleyball court. Other things to note The plot of land is 3,500 m², is all walled and has an entrance gate. There are other houses on the property that are also rented seasonally, and a court with a volleyball net and soccer goal. The central area of the garden and the sports court are shared with other guests and my family. The distance to Porto Belo Beach is approximately 100 meters. If you have a boat or jet ski, please let us know before you request to book. A boat or jet ski will only be accepted upon request and if there is space available on the grounds.
