Three bedroom home with parking, Thirsk

Located close to central Thirsk, our well-appointed 3-bedroom modern house in a quiet cul-de-sac, features two parking spaces and a cosy garden with patio. We have recently re-decorated the home and added a bath with power shower. We are only 5 minutes walk away from the historic market square. Thirsk has many shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and places of interest (racecourse, James Herriot etc.). There is easy access to the scenic Dales, Moors and Sea as well as the cities of York and Leeds. The space The kitchen is well equipped with a range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and is fully stocked with utensils and essentials (tea, coffee, sugar etc). A tumble dryer is located in the second bedroom. Towels are provided for guests, as well as an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. The bathroom is equipped with a power shower, soap and shampoo are included for your convenience. The garden is secluded and a lovely sun trap; in the summer months you can relax outside with our patio table, chairs and parasol. In the living room bookcase you will find board games and large jigsaw puzzles, as well as brochures and booklets on the local area. The TV has access to Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Now TV, and of course the full house has wi-fi. There is a selection of children books and games in the living room, and the third bedroom is equipped with a cot suitable for babies and toddlers. The cot is all made up with bedding and blankets, so feel free to save on packing bedding for your little one. There are also two stair gates, you may easily fit if you require them. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and garden, feel free to treat it like a home away from home and relax there. Other things to note The house has two allocated parking spaces, which are located directly in front of the house.
