Large single bed (110cm wide, slightly longer than standard length) in good sized room in spacious modern house with Moroccan touches. Executive style office chair. The area is quiet and leafy. The large garden with fish pond is a treat. The large kitchen/dining area is light and spacious. The JR hospital is 10 mins' walk away. It is 25-30 minutes walking distance to St. Clement's and city centre, 30 minutes to Summertown. Good bus connections too. Private bathroom available with this listing. The space I like space and flow so my extension was designed so I could dance in it if I wanted to. The space is good for yoga. The house reflects some of my travels and character. In the kitchen dining room, you have views of nature through the patio doors and windows. The garden is a large size and has fish pond and different features. Guest access Kitchen and TV room: respectful negotiation. During your stay I am usually available to help and interact but you can also follow your own agenda and have privacy and space.
