Inspired by the birch trees in our forests, this room evokes the local textile heritage: patchwork, an old sewing machine, embroidery... A story to continue by visiting the textile museum in the neighboring village. ☕ Homemade breakfast included. 🌿 In summer: natural air conditioning thanks to the thick walls of the house. 🛏️ Linen provided for stays of 2 nights or more. For 1 night: Bring your own linens or pay €10/2 people, €15/3 people. 🍽️ Table d'hôtes by reservation: cold meal €15, hot meal €20. The space The bedroom has: • 1 double bed, which can be separated into 2 twin beds • 1 extra single bed Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, located in the hallway and shared only with the Chambre des Hêtres. Guest access Welcome to À l'Orée de Soi! The entrance to the house leads to the 3 guest rooms upstairs. The Birch and Beech bedrooms share a bathroom; the Pine bedroom has its own bathroom. On the ground floor, you can freely enjoy the common living room: lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove. A cozy space for cooking, relaxing and sharing, in a friendly atmosphere! During your stay I am available to welcome you, share my recommended places with you (walks, places to discover, local information), and introduce you to my home and our animals. I enjoy socializing with my guests, while respecting everyone's privacy. You're at home here… Just enjoy your stay at your own pace. Other things to note Our animals are part of daily life at À l'Orée de Soi and contribute to the atmosphere of the place. Rabbits, chickens, ducks… roaming freely! They're used to the presence of guests. And in their pens, you might want to go and pet our goats and our sheep. Maybe not our geese, the guardians of the place!
