The space This large bright house is located in the heart of the ULM Québec aerorecreational center. The open-plan living areas, entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and main living room are designed to comfortably accommodate groups. A billiard area is located between the lobby and the main living room, perfect for relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking and entertaining easy. The large dining table seats up to 20 people. The comfortable and inviting main living room is ideal after a day of activities. Fast Wi-Fi and 55" 4K TV with Netflix included. The house has 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and can accommodate up to 14 people. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet ensure the comfort of all. Guest access The house and its immediate grounds are reserved exclusively for guests, offering privacy, water views and a natural environment. Guests have access to the trails of the ULM Québec aerorecreational complex. Snowmobile and quad trails are accessible directly at the door (activities not included). For pilots, access to the CCU2 aerodrome runway is possible. Helicopter pilots are also welcome, with a private heliport located in front of the house. The rest of the site is part of a dynamic aerorecreational complex including a campsite, an aerodrome, a reception room (La Seigneurie ULM), a creperie-pizzeria restaurant, a sugar shack, a survival school, an aeroclub and aerial activities. A unique atmosphere, while preserving the privacy of your stay.
