The building is well located and has everything close by. Facing the bottom of the building, which is on Av Alpes, there is a bus stop and 1.5 km away is Terminal Bandeiras. You can easily get to the center of the city by Av T-7 or Av T-9. It has bakeries, restaurants, pamonharias and supermarkets nearby.
