It is 2BR/2.5B with hardwood floors in family/dining room, foyers and kitchen; carpeted bedrooms, and tile bathrooms and laundry room. * 5 person hot tub available year-round. * Wifi; * 75" Dish TV with Netflix, Prime and YouTube in Family Room; * 65" TV with FireTV with Dish, Netflix and other Apps at hot tub. Generally, weekend rentals only: 3-4 days with 2 day minimum. Send request for if desiring 4th day (Thur). Office, Attic and Garage not available/accessible. No smoking/No Pets/Not Suitable for Children under 12. Guest access The entire space is available to single party guests. Front door is keycode access. Directions and door code provided 3-10 days prior to arrival. Other things to note We are former Superhosts from 2019-2022. We had taken 2023 and most of 2024 off for a break and have returned offering our home to guests quickly regaining our Superhost status again. Our home is perfect for 1-2 couples for a weekend getaway/retreat to Asheville, NC and the Blue Ridge mountains. We are close to wedding venues including @7-8 min from Yesterday Spaces and @15 min from Timber Hall Events. Downtown is @20 mins, Biltmore Estate @30 mins and UNCA @20 mins from our place
