RELAX and Enjoy Island Time Located only seven houses up the road from Sandy Beach, You’ll be able to enjoy this quiet and quaint economical casita located in the heart of the well known Puntas neighborhood with it’s handful of restaurants, bars, food trucks, and other amenities like yoga, and surfboard rentals, and some of the best surf breaks. This casita is ideal for couples or solo travelers who want to get away, disconnect and enjoy Rincon at their own pace. The space This casita is cozy and rustic, ideal for couples or solo travelers. Enjoy beautiful ocean views, the Caribbean breeze, Wifi, AC in the bedroom, and is walkable to beaches and local restaurants and establishments. There is a small kitchen and a back balcony where you can enjoy your favorite beverage while taking in the ocean view/ sunset and hearing the waves. While this isn't a luxury hotel accommodation, this casita is quiet, cute, comfortable, clean, low key & very relaxing. The property has an automatic generator that powers on in the event of utility loss. Guests should be mindful of electric consumption while on backup generator power. Guest access Guests will have access to their private rented casita. The grassy yard, parking, laundry and stairway are shared spaces for all of Cozy Casita guests to enjoy. Other things to note There are three (1-bedroom) casitas on property each with their own private patio or balcony area. The driveway, stairs, laundry and grassy yard are shared spaces for all of Cozy Casita guests to access. During your visit you may encounter some of the Caribbean wildlife that live among us. You may hear coquis (our endemic frog), roosters, horses and may receive the visit of iguanas in the trees. There are also many opportunities to observe birds like Venezuelan troupials, red hawks, Puerto Rican parrots and grey kingbirds. Rincon is full of small hills. This property happens to be on one so the driveway until getting used to it may seem a bit steep. A 4x4 is Not necessary. We reserve the right to cancel/limit bookings based on number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-5 days) Exceptions to the rule apply We are located on the western point of the island. We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce. To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.
