All lawn and flowery house on the edge of the Furnas lagoon. - All the trees of the site are fruitful - The house is spacious, with direct access to the lagoon, barbecue grill, grassy shuttlecock court, outdoor shower, new kitchen and bathroom, in granite. - It has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, one of which also has 2 single beds - It features Barbecue, network and more - We rent a fishing boat for 300 a day with 4 life jackets and 2 oars (Check conditions and availability) The space 3 bedrooms, as follows: - 2 double bedrooms - 1 double with 2 more single beds We also have: - 1 extra portable bed + 2 extra mattresses - The living room sofa has room for 2 people to sleep. A bathroom with a shower and two toilets. (Cabin Style Bathroom) A regular bathroom (just like the one we have at home) containing a shower, toilet, and sink. 1 complete kitchen, containing: - 1 refrigerator - 1 gas stove (with oven) - 1 large clay filter (8L) Items available in the kitchen: - 13 pots - 1 pasta drainer - 1 frying pan - 2 mug-type pans - Orange juicer - Full cutlery set - Blender - juice jug - 8L filter - plates, glasses, cups - glass platter - 1 thermos bottle - pot holder for table - 3 breadbaskets (2 straw and 1 plastic) - coffee strainer - food container - 11 spoons and 11 teaspoons - 3 paring knives - 6 red forks and 12 different ones - 11 table knives - 8 tea cups - 2 coffee cups - 3 generic brown glass cups - 1 porcelain set containing: teapot, milk jug, sugar bowl and a cup - 7 glasses - 8 dessert bowls - 2 wooden snack plates - 1 stainless steel dish pan - 12 duralex plates - 3 cutting knives and 1 serrated knife - 1 large spoon - 3 large forks for barbecue or indoor use. - Spoon fork - 2 wooden spoons - 1 ladle - Ice tongs - 1 passe-patout - 2 graters - Acrylic butter dish 1 Central room, containing: - a large dining table - a large sofa - view and access to the lagoon Guest access Guests have access to the limited areas between the back of the house and the fences that enclose the house. It is forbidden to advance to other neighboring lands without prior authorization from the person in charge or the caretaker. Moving to other properties generates a fine for the renter of 200.00 (two hundred reais) Other things to note *| GENERAL RULES |* - It is allowed to eat the fruit of the land around the house, as long as it does not go beyond the fence and do not approach the housekeeper's house for this😉. - It is forbidden to take the fruits from the place home. On-site consumption only, okay? 🫡 - It is strictly forbidden to pass the fence and/or enter the grounds of the housekeeper or neighbors to harvest fruit or to visit, except by prior authorization. If there is a violation of the land, there will be a fine of 200.00 reais, and we are not responsible for any situation that may occur. The fine will be charged by the platform. - It is forbidden to play ball on the balcony of the house (to keep the walls clean and not hit the decorative flowers). If the walls are marked, an additional charge will be charged for cleaning. - It is allowed to play ball in the garage, in the covered part of the house. - It is forbidden to carry mattresses out of the house. - It is strictly forbidden to place cars, speakers and/or any other sound object inside or outside the house at any time. Remember, it is a resting place. - The region has a quiet time and we ask you to keep track of the noise after 9:00 pm (remember, there are other nearby houses and, due to the great silence of the region, loud screams and sounds affect much more). - When sleeping, turn off the balcony lights. - Do not leave buoys and other items at the edge of the lagoon at any time, the gusts of wind are constant and can take them. - If you take children, do not leave them alone in the lagoon. They are always accompanied by an adult. - If you are leaving the property during your stay, keep the personal items and close the house. The housekeeper hands over the house key along with a copy of the door lock key. When leaving, close the house and also the gate. *| Key delivery |* - The key will be inside the door next to the barbecue. The gatehouse will be semi-open; when you go through it, just lock it. If you're in more than one car, arrange for the last one to pass to lock the gate. *| Barbecue Grill |* district - It is up to the tenant to take the charcoal and dishcloth. - We also ask you to wash the barbecue utensils after use. - Don't forget to bring detergent🙃. - The only fuel allowed for use in the barbecue is coal. *Trash* - All garbage must be collected and taken to Ponte Vila, where at the entrance we have several dumpsters made available by the city. - If the garbage is not collected, an extra fee of 60.00 reais is charged by the private trucks in the region to take the garbage *Pets 🐕* - If you bring pets, you must notify the platform. Don't let them get on the couches or put their paws on the wall. We already charge an extra fee on Airbnb for the cleaning of hair and for the smell that forces us to do a deeper cleaning. However, any trace of animals on the walls, sofas and mattresses will be charged an extra deep cleaning fee of 160.00 reais. *House cleaning* - Cleaning includes the entire house except kitchen dishes. Please wash the dishes before you leave 😊
