Stay and play in majestic Niagara Falls! Our home is ideal for Couples, a Family Retreat or Group of Friends who want to experience the excitement of Niagara. Breakfast included. Self Check-In. Free Parking for 4 cars! Gorgeous deck and BBQ. Conveniently located-2 minutes from Rainbow Bridge and very close to Clifton Hill, the Casino and the Falls. This charming 3+1 bed, 2 storey house is cozy, beautifully decorated, smoke-free and very clean. Children welcome but must be supervised. No Pets. The space The house is can accommodate up to 8 people. This charming home features an open concept living and dining room, perfect for a social setting. The house is equipped with a flat screen TV and high-speed WiFi to allow you to kick back and enjoy a movie or to reconnect after enjoying your days filled with the Niagara excitement. The full size kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle and fire extinguisher for your convenience. There is a beautifully designed deck, just off the kitchen, with an outdoor dining set including umbrella. Guests are welcome to use the full size barbeque to enjoy a scrumptious home cooked summer meal. Upstairs, you will find 3 cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed and one with a full size bed, all with premium quality mattresses, hotel quality linens and thick luxurious towels. For those that stay for a full week or longer... there is a washer and dryer in the basement, should you need to do some laundry. Parking is not a problem when you stay at this house! There is space for one car on the front driveway and space for 3 more vehicles at the back of the house. Guest access The entire home is yours to freely access, with the exception of the basement (only available for laundry to guests staying one week or longer) and garage. Please be respectful and treat my home as if it is your own. Things such as: no smoking inside the house, no shoes inside the house, clean and return anything you have used, respect that quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, (no wild parties or events) would be greatly appreciated. Fans, lights, appliances and TV to be turned off whenever you leave the house. Children must be supervised at all times when visiting our house. Other things to note There is parking space for up to 4 vehicles. 1st car on the front driveway, 2nd and 3rd in the back and the 4th in front of the back lane garage (No access to the garage itself).
