This small, but comfortable apartment/studio has everything you need (private bathroom and kitchenette) But, in addition, if you want to enjoy a garden or larger areas, you can access the shared areas of the building. We are close to all the cultural and interesting sites of San Jose, also restaurants, supermarkets, universities, pharmacies, bus stations, a free sports field, shopping center, in a very quiet and safe area. The space The studio is completely private, it is immersed in a building where there are other private rooms with which you share some areas such as gardens, TV room, living rooms. Guest access You can access the communal kitchen if you need it, which is fully equipped for cooking. There are several living rooms and two gardens from where you can work or relax. Other things to note The apartment is located within a property of two large houses where if you want, you will share (in shared areas) your stay with colleagues from different places, digital nomads, interns and workers, or exchange students. You must be ready to live sharing with others. But if you are not ready to share with other guests, you can be completely calm, you will have your complete privacy in the apartment / studio
