Air-conditioned house with pool in Drôme

The house is very nice in the summer with the pool and especially the air conditioning upstairs for the bedrooms. It is close to amenities: bakery, butcher shop, Utile and press. We are in a beautiful wine and gastronomic region. 15 minutes from Valrhona, Chapoutier, Jaboulet, Crussol... etc. We are next to the Viarhona so it is possible to take good bike rides (3 bikes available). We are close to the Ardèche, Vercors... Many places to visit! Other things to note Our chickens will give you good fresh eggs and our cat who sleeps outside or downstairs will just ask you to feed it
